All orders and payment are due Thursday, Sept. 20. Products must be picked up after school on Thursday, Oct. 11.
See the fundraising packet distributed in class today for details.
Details of Tour 2013 were announced last spring. For destination and tour information, visit the Tour 2013 page of CPHSVocalMusic.org. A deposit of $300 is required no later than Monday, September 10 via cash or check (payable to "CPHS Vocal Music Association") to reserve your place on the tour.
Dress fittings for new Treble Choir members will begin on Monday, September 10. New members have two options for acquiring their concert dress: purchase a new dress and 18" pearl necklace for $85 or purchase a used dress from a member of last year's Treble Choir for an individually negotiated price.
The cost for purchasing a pearl necklace without ordering a dress is $6.
All dress decisions must be made no later than Friday, September 14 at which time money for new dresses and necklaces is due to Ms. Tempel (payable to "CPHS Vocal Music Association") or money for used dresses is due the selling student.
If students have money in their Vocal Music Association account, it may be used to purchase a new dress and/or necklace or transferred to the account of a selling student if agreed upon by seller. No Association account monies may be withdrawn to pay cash to a selling student.
Dresses must be hemmed to 1" above the floor at your own expense. Hemming can be done for a modest fee at most stores that do clothing alterations. If you are a parent who is willing and able to help with hemming, please contact Ms. Tempel.
If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, you may borrow a dress from the CPHS Vocal Music Department as supplies allow. It must be returned at the end of the academic year in good condition.
