Welcome to Champlin Park Vocal Music!

We are the 300 voices of Champlin Park High School, a comprehensive four-year high school serving the northern suburbs of Minnesota's Twin Cities since 1992. Our five principal ensembles--Concert Choir, Treble Choir, Varsity ChoirBel Canto, and Rebel Men--present four concerts each year and are joined by a number of extracurricular ensembles like Rebelution (our amazing vocal jazz group) and Carolers.

Now in our 25th season, we perform unique and challenging repertoire under the direction of Ms. Laura Tempel and Ms. Michelle Bendett. We've had the opportunity to work with Dr. Ann Howard Jones, Dr. Christopher Aspass, Dr. Lee Nelson, Dr. Galen Darrough, Dr. Edith Copley, and Phil Mattson, among others. We have performed at the MMEA Midwinter Clinic, ACDA Minnesota Fall Convention and the Choral Arts Finale at Orchestra Hall.

Every other year, we travel to sing somewhere other than Minnesota. In 2015 we toured  Texas & The Gulf and before that, Colorado & The Rockies and New Orleans!

We'd love to have you in the audience for an upcoming concert and showing your support for the performing arts at Champlin Park. Get involved with the CPHS Vocal Music Association and like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, watch on YouTube, and listen on SoundCloud!
