About the Ensemble

The Champlin Park High School Rebel Treble and Rebel Bass are curricular Level I & Level II choirs for all voices in grades 9-12. The curriculum is designed to develop each singer’s vocal ability in a positive environment and present quality performances with a high level of musicianship. The curriculum focuses on healthy and efficient vocal production, ensemble techniques, choral repertoire from varied time periods and styles, and music literacy through regular sight-singing, ear-training, and music theory.

In addition, these ensembles are inclusive environments where all team members respect and value one another. All members are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Placements in Rebel Trebel and Rebel Bass are determined each spring for the following academic year.
