Celebrating their fourteenth season as the areas first ensemble of its kind, Rebelution and Champlin Park's jazz ensembles are dedicated to unique, engaging, and challenging vocal jazz performance. They present solo and ensemble selections of jazz standards, audience favorites, and rare unpublished arrangements.
As the top auditioned co-curricular ensembles of the Champlin Park High School Vocal Music department, they meet each week and receive no academic credit. Vocal jazz ensembles perform five to ten times per year, either a cappella or with accompanying ensembles, in addition to appearances at regional festivals and private gatherings.
Champlin Park vocal jazz ensembles are excited to be available for cabaret concerts, corporate events, private parties, music festivals, and partnering with community ensembles. For booking, please email Info@CPHSVocalMusic.org.
Vocal jazz ensembles rehearse on Monday evenings and in sectional rehearsals once a week.
